On Monday October 24th and Tuesday October 25th, GRDB hosted a capacity building workshop at the Regency Suites, under the theme “Team Building for Enhanced Internal Customer Cohesion”. This workshop was facilitated by Ms. Gail Watson, and saw GRDB staff from all of our various locations and of varying disciplines in attendance. General Manager Mr. Nizam Hassan in delivering brief remarks at the opening of the workshop stated that among its objectives were the development of soft skills, that will empower staff to work stronger together as a team, focusing on the customer and delivering quality service.

Staff were issued with Certificates of Participation upon completion of the two day activity.
