STEP 1 – Applicant submits an application form to GRDB – Application for License to Manufacture Rice.
STEP 2 – Regional Superintendent / Supervisor conducts Inspection of Mills and complete all necessary documents. Documents completed during the inspection process are forwarded to the Quality Control Manager.
STEP 3 – The Quality Control Manager verifies all documents.
STEP 4 – The Quality Control Manager recommend mill to be license.
STEP 5 – Quality Control Manager submit a list of recommended mills for licensing to the General Manager, Accountant and respective Regional Superintendent / Supervisor.
STEP 6 – Payment of Licensing fees.
STEP 7 – The Quality Control Manager prepares license for authorization.
STEP 8 – The General Manager Signs License.
STEP 9 – The license is returned to the Quality Control Manager’s Office for issuance.
STEP 10 – Issuance of License.
